Goods/products sold are not refundable, but defective goods/products can be repaired or replaced if the conditions are met:
1. Within warranty period.
2. A copy of the original receipt and the original packaging materials should be returned together with the defective goods/products.
No refund will be entertained if the sold goods/products had been used or damaged by the customer. However, repairment services can be provided at a cost.
AudioOne Online will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, customer will received their replacement within 14 days after the confirmation.
